We named the company after how we want clients to feel after working with us — confident, in control, and yes, a little bit excited about what's now possible.

Before JoyfulChoice, I built and ran a legal consultancy in Moscow with a partner. We started with two people, no automation, and the same chaos every service business has — leads in WhatsApp, follow-ups in heads, growth held back by manual work.
