We named the company after how we want clients to feel after working with us — confident, in control, and yes, a little bit excited about what's now possible.

WHO'S BEHIND THIS
4 years building this exact playbook in a different country.
Before JoyfulChoice, my partner and I built and ran a legal consultancy together. We started as a two-person team with no automation, dealing with the same chaos every service business knows: leads in WhatsApp, follow-ups in someone's head, growth blocked by manual work.
Then I spent four years rebuilding the operations: Kommo at the core, custom workflows, AI agents. Today that same company runs at significantly higher volume with a fraction of the manual hours — and a fraction of the stress.
