1) Scope

These Terms & Conditions govern access to joyfulchoiceai.com and business interactions with JoyfulChoice AI services provided by JOYFULCHOICE LDA (NIF 518753131), registered in Portugal.

2) Informational nature of website

Website content is provided for general information about CRM automation, AI integrations, chatbots and consulting services. It does not constitute legal, tax, or financial advice.

3) Service engagement

Any project engagement (implementation, consulting, support, integrations) is formalized separately in writing (proposal, statement of work, or contract), including scope, deliverables, fees, timelines, and responsibilities.

4) Client responsibilities

Client is responsible for the legality, ownership, and quality of data and content provided to JoyfulChoice AI, and for obtaining required permissions from users or third parties when using messaging channels and CRM systems.

5) No guaranteed business outcomes

Project outcomes depend on many variables, including response times, data quality, ad traffic quality, internal team adoption, and third-party platforms. Unless explicitly agreed, we do not guarantee specific revenue results.

6) Third-party platforms

Third-party services (for example CRM platforms, Meta/WhatsApp, Instagram, Telegram, hosting providers, API vendors) are governed by their own terms and availability. JoyfulChoice LDA is not liable for outages or policy changes beyond our control.

7) Intellectual property

All intellectual property on this website (text, visuals, branding, structure) belongs to JoyfulChoice LDA unless otherwise stated. Reuse requires prior written permission.

8) Liability limitation

To the maximum extent permitted by law, JoyfulChoice LDA’s liability is limited to direct damages and capped by amounts paid for the relevant service period, except where law does not allow such limitation.
